1. Registration and Payment

· Participants must register in advance through the designated registration process.

· Full payment must be received prior to the workshop date unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

· Cancellations made 1 day before the workshop will receive the ticket amount for the refund.

· No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the workshop or for no-shows.

· The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or alternative date.

3. Participant Responsibilities

· Participants are expected to arrive on time and participate actively.

· Participants must adhere to the workshop schedule and instructions provided by facilitators.

· The use of mobile phones should be respectful and non-disruptive.

4. Workshop Content and Conduct

· The content of the workshop is for personal development and educational purposes.

· Participants agree to behave respectfully towards facilitators and other attendees.

· Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

· All workshop materials, including slides, handouts, and recordings, are the intellectual property of the organizer and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.

6. Liability

· The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the workshop.

· Participants attend at their own risk.

7. Privacy

· Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event management and communication purposes.

· Participants agree to have their photographs or videos taken during the workshop used for promotional purposes unless they opt out.
